At River Birch Dental, we offer a comprehensive list of services to meet each patient’s needs. We specialize in preventative, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. We see patients of all ages and stages in life. We can even handle complex cases requiring extensive treatments.
Whether you’re coming in for a checkup, braces, or root canal therapy, we’ll complete your treatment with precision and ensure optimal comfort throughout the process.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, money order, and most major credit cards. We also offer CareCredit which is like a credit card for healthcare expenses that aren’t covered by insurance. You can use it to pay for anything related to your appointment.
Plus, CareCredit offers an easy application process. Simply visit their website, or call (800) 677-0718. You can begin using the card immediately after you’re approved.
We also offer the Wells Fargo Health Advantage credit card. Similar to CareCredit, you can use the credit card to pay for your dental expenses.

Dr. Georgie Vargas
Dr. Vargas has owned River Birch Dental for four years. She purchased the practice from Dr. Paul Hauge in 2016. She attended University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, and she received a Bachelors of Science in biology with a chemistry minor. After her undergraduate education, she attended Creighton University Dental School in Omaha Nebraska. She moved back to the area following graduation.
She has been married to her husband Uriah since 2013. She has two children and one very fluffy Goldendoodle named Ragnar. She enjoys watching the Minnesota Vikings and cooking. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Northwest District Dental Society. Following graduation, Dr. Vargas has taken extensive extra coursework to provide the most comprehensive care for the people of this community. Clinical excellence in a warm and inviting atmosphere is her ultimate goal.
Dr. Katie Schaetzel
Dr. Schaetzel grew up in Kansas, and she graduated dental school from the University of Nebraska Dental School. Some of her hobbies include skiing, playing with her three legged dog, Zoey, and growing beautiful flowers every summer. Her smile is contagious, and she is very excited to be helping you with your dental care.
Dr. Christian Daniels
Dr. Christian Daniels grew up in Blaine, Minnesota. He developed a deep interest in exercise and how physical activity promotes a healthy and wholesome life. This influenced him to study Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota. After, he found his true passion for life when he discovered his love for dentistry. In pursuit of that passion, he attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and graduated in 2022.
Some of his hobbies include marathon running, cat fishing (ask him about the biggest catfish he has caught), hiking, boating, and swimming in a lake or riding waves in the ocean. He is married to his beautiful wife Victoria and has a quirky companion; a French bulldog named Ruby. At home, he loves to dream up ideas of exterior designs & landscaping with his wife and dog and simply enjoying time together with family. He is thrilled to be able to serve the people of Luck and Centuria Wisconsin as well as the surrounding communities!

These dental assistants are the doctor’s right hands! Hannah, Kayla, Kris, and Andrea are here to make sure your visit to the dentist goes smoothly. These women are a great resource for helping you navigate the “nuts and bolts” of your dental care. They assist the doctors before, during, and after each step of your dental care

Sharon, Sarah, and Ashley are your best resource for helping navigate the complex world of dental insurance and financing options. They have been in the dental industry for over 93 years, and they have an amazing amount of knowledge on how to maximize your dental benefits.
